A Study in Contrasts

This morning a blue cloudy sky provided a nice backdrop to the city’s skyline, a portion which is shown here. The city is clean, friendly and easily manageable. Afterward, I visited a neighborhood on the near northeast side, which evokes emotions quite different from viewing tall buildings from across the river. Both have their own beauty, at least to me.
